Terms and Conditions

Terms governing the use of the Watch This Garage platform, including social features, projects, marketplace and events.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Watch This Garage ("WTG") platform, including the website, mobile applications, social features, marketplace, events modules, user profiles, vehicle profiles, garage projects, and co-ownership and collaboration systems.

§1. General Provisions

The platform is operated by Coders Garage sp. z o.o. ("Operator"). By using the platform, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users regardless of their country of residence. WTG is a social and technology platform enabling publication of user-generated automotive content.

§2. Definitions

  • User — an individual or legal entity using the platform.
  • Account — an individual user profile within WTG.
  • Vehicle — a vehicle profile created within the platform.
  • Project — an automotive or garage project published on the platform.
  • Marketplace — section dedicated to sales, rentals or leasing listings.
  • Content — photos, videos, comments, posts, technical data and other materials published by users.
  • Event — automotive event organized by users or partners.
  • Collaboration — project created by multiple users together.

§3. Registration and User Account

Certain platform functionalities require account registration. Users agree to provide accurate information.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • impersonation,
  • creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions,
  • using the platform for unlawful activities.

The Operator may suspend or remove accounts violating these Terms. Users are responsible for securing their login credentials.

§4. User Content

Users retain copyright ownership of their published content.

By publishing content on WTG, users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • store,
  • publish,
  • process,
  • display,
  • promote WTG using the published materials.

Users declare that they own or have rights to the published materials.

The following content is prohibited:

  • illegal content,
  • copyright infringement,
  • pornographic material,
  • hate speech or violent content,
  • misleading materials.

The Operator may remove violating content without prior notice.

§5. Marketplace

Marketplace enables automotive-related listings. The Operator is not a party to transactions between users. Users are fully responsible for their listings.

The sale of the following is prohibited:

  • illegal items,
  • stolen vehicles,
  • counterfeit parts,
  • content violating applicable law.

The Operator may remove listings violating these Terms or applicable law. Certain marketplace functionalities may require payment.

§6. Events

Users may create and organize events. Event organizers are responsible for legal compliance, participant safety, and required permits and approvals. The Operator is not responsible for events organized by users. WTG may allow participation declarations together with vehicles.

§7. Co-Ownership and Collaboration System

WTG may allow multiple users to be assigned to a single project or vehicle. Project owners are responsible for assigning permissions. The Operator is not responsible for disputes between co-owners or collaborators.

§8. Moderation and Violations

The Operator may moderate content. Users may report violations.

The Operator may:

  • limit visibility,
  • remove content,
  • block accounts,
  • restrict functionalities.

Moderation decisions may be automatic or manual.

§9. Liability

The Operator exercises reasonable efforts to ensure proper platform operation.

The Operator does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted operation,
  • absence of technical errors,
  • compatibility with all devices.

The Operator is not liable for:

  • user actions,
  • user-generated content,
  • damages resulting from use of the platform,
  • data loss caused by failures or third parties.

Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

§10. Personal Data and Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy. WTG may use cookies, analytics, technical logs, caching mechanisms, and security systems.

Users have the right to:

  • access their data,
  • correct their data,
  • delete their data,
  • restrict processing.

§11. Payments and Premium Services

Selected platform functionalities may require payment. The Operator may offer promoted listings, premium features, subscriptions, and additional services. Prices are presented gross unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by external payment providers.

§12. Intellectual Property

Logos, branding, source code and platform elements remain the property of the Operator or partners. Copying, modifying or using platform elements without authorization is prohibited.

§13. Amendments

The Operator may amend these Terms. Users will be informed about significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.

§14. Final Provisions

These Terms shall be governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms enter into force upon publication.
